Webinar // Submitting to HAL

As part of UM's Open Science policy, UM's research support team is launchinga series of webinarsfor the scientific community.
Theseshortworkshops(20 to 40 minutes of presentation followed by discussion) will alternate between theoretical input and practical demonstrations on open science, scientific publications, and research data.
After placing HAL in the context of open science and open access in particular, the UM research support team will explain which file versions can be deposited in HAL. This will be followed by practical demonstrations in the open archive:
- How to set up your profile
- How to report an article on HAL with or without a PDF
- How to export publications from HAL to ORCID
- How to use the new "deposit suggestions" feature
