Webinar // Why and How Should Researchers Manage Their Digital Identity? 

Given the proliferation of scientific literature, managing one’s digital identity is a strategic challenge for any researcher.
After discussing the origins of this exponential growth, we will explore the elements researchers can use to build their identity: persistent identifiers, the IdHAL, ORCID accounts, online CVs, and social media.  
This webinar is not a training session; rather, it provides a comprehensive overview of digital identity.
This presentation can be usefully supplemented with two other, more practical webinars: one on creating an IdHAL and a HAL CV, and one on configuring an ORCID profile.

Theseshortworkshops(20 to 40 minutes of presentation followed by a discussion period) will alternate between theoretical presentations and practical demonstrations on Open Science, scientific publications, and research data.
