Applications open for the Open Science 2025 awards: research data and open source research software
The Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the Open Science Committee are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Open Science 2025 Awards.
The Open Science Award for Research Data is designed to highlight projects, researchers and groups engaged in exemplary research data management and sharing practices. The prize is divided into several categories, each of which recognizes the successful reuse of data from other projects, as well as innovative projects that open up and share data.
The Open Science Prize for Open Source Research Software is intended to highlight remarkable or promising achievements, both to the general public and to the scientific community. The prize is divided into several categories, to promote the different aspects that contribute to the development and use of software (scientific, technical, community, documentary).
Entries for all prizes are open until midday on June 23, 2025.
