Content of the PCA agreement
Full exemption from publication fees (immediate open access with CC-BY license)
Conditions and procedures
Sign the article as a corresponding author and be recognized as UM-affiliated research staff. Publish in a relevant journal. Procedure: submit your article to the journal and indicate the institution to which you belong. Upon acceptance, the author receives an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed.

Elsevier

Elsevier journals are all involved, but with different advantages.
Content of the PCA agreement
APC covered by the national agreement for over 2,000 hybrid and full open access journals. If the journal does not qualify for full APC exemption for the researcher, a 10% discount applies. This is the case for Cell Press, The Lancet and certain scientific society journals.

Sign the article as a corresponding author and be recognized as a UM-affiliated research staff member. Please note: to ensure that the article is accepted at no cost to the researcher, please check the eligibility of the journal in the list.

Lippincott
Eligible magazines
All the full-access journals in the High Impact collection (65 titles).

Content of the PCA agreement
10% discount on the APC rate. The scheme applies to peer-reviewed research articles from journals in the High Impact collection. These are original research articles (abstracts, letters, editorials, etc. are excluded).

RSC
Eligible magazines
All the publisher's hybrid and full open access journals.
Content of the PCA agreement
For RSC hybrid magazines, APCs are covered by the national agreement up to a negotiated ceiling for the whole of France. Once the ceiling is reached, a 15% discount is automatically applied to APCs. For full open access journals, a 15% discount is applied to APCs.
Conditions and procedures
Sign the article as a correspondence author and be recognized as UM-affiliated research staff. RSC recognizes the author's affiliation by the domain of his or her e-mail address, so it is essential to use his or her institutional e-mail address when submitting the article. Article submission is made from the journal's home page on RSC, by following the "Submit an Article" link.

Wiley
Eligible magazines
Over 1,300 Wiley hybrid journals; 600 fully open access Wiley or Hindawi journals.
Content of the PCA agreement
APCs are covered by the national agreement for articles accepted in Wiley and Hindawi-Wiley journals, up to a negotiated ceiling for the whole of France. Once the ceiling is reached, a discount of 15% for Wiley hybrid journals and 10% for Wiley full open access journals is automatically applied to APCs.

Sign the article as an author of correspondence and be recognized as UM-affiliated research staff. Depending on the journal, you must indicate your institution of affiliation at the time of submission or after acceptance of your article, and then choose from three CC-BY license options.
