Webinar // Launch of the eLab FTW electronic lab notebook offering at UM

In the first half of 2025, the University of Montpellier will expand its range of services for scientists with the introduction of the eLab FTW electronic laboratory notebook (ELN). 

This CLE is open source software accessible via the web that allows users to record details of scientific work on a daily basis while ensuring its protection (priority, ownership). It facilitates the sharing of data and protocols between different research stakeholders. And it is flexible enough to adapt to very different research practices. 

The UM research support team will explain how to access the service and the support available for using the tool. A brief demonstration of the tool will also be given. 

As part of UM's Open Science policy, UM's research support team is launchinga series of webinarsfor the scientific community.

Theseshortworkshops(20 to 40 minutes of presentation followed by discussion) will alternate between theoretical input and practical demonstrations on open science, scientific publications, and research data.
