Webinar // Launch of the eLab FTW Electronic Lab Notebooks offering at UM
In the first half of 2025, the University of Montpellier is expanding its range of services for its researchers with the introduction of the eLab FTW electronic lab notebook (CLE).
CLE is an open-source software application accessible via the web that allows users to record the details of their scientific work on a day-to-day basis while ensuring its protection (priority, ownership). It facilitates the sharing of data and protocols among various research stakeholders. And it is flexible enough to adapt to a wide range of research practices.
The UM Research Support Team will explain how to access the service and the support options available for using the tool. A brief demonstration of the tool will also be provided.
As part of UM’s Open Science policy, UM’s research support team is launchinga series of webinarsfor the scientific community.
Theseshortworkshops(20 to 40 minutes of presentation followed by a discussion period) will alternate between theoretical presentations and practical demonstrations on Open Science, scientific publications, and research data.
